    “Black on Black Crime” is in itself a racist ideology, if I may explain.
    70% of violent incidents committed against Black victims are by Blacks.
    62% of violent incidents committed against White victims are by Whites.
    45% of incidents committed against Hispanic Victims are by Hispanics.
    The percentages between Blacks and White incidents are not so great yet the Black on Black Crime connotation is that there must be something wrong with Black people.
    White people are mainly killed by White people but there has never been a conversation about White on White Crime.
